I have been a fitness professional for over 18 years and in that time I have seen many fitness programs come and go. We have all seen the fads, probably even purchased something from a late night infomercial that promised amazing results with little effort.
How do we get healthier? One thing is for sure: We don’t need more education. Let me say that again. We do not need more education. If you were to ask 100 people walking down the street what they need to do to be healthy, the majority of them would have a good idea: Be more physically active, eat more fruits and vegetables, avoid processed foods, drinks lots of water, sleep well, etc.
So we don’t need to provide people with more education in order for them to adopt a healthier way of living. Instead, we need to provide you with real-life tools and resources you can use right away to make those changes.
